John G. Kennedy
A native of Savannah, Georgia, John resides in both Savannah and Houston, TX. He has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and is currently a managing director at Solebury Capital. He previously served as managing director and head of capital markets at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. Securities, Inc., an energy-only investment bank; managing director of Deutsche Bank’s investment banking group; and managing director of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Kennedy has been a director on boards of several public companies and nonprofits,. In Savannah, he is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Savannah College of Art and Design or SCAD, was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Telfair Museums, and member of the Board of Trustees of The Savannah Country Day School and St John’s Church. John is also Co-Founder of Arbor Renewable Gas, located in Houston. The Company builds, owns and operates renewable gasoline and hydrogen manufacturing facilities along the Gulf Coast. Kennedy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Business Administration at the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. John is married to Elizabeth, and they have three children.
